risk-free Energy Efficiency investment

Our goal is to promote grassroots energy efficiency investments, i.e. small-scale investments that increase the energy performance of houses and other buildings (extra insulation, solar panels, heat pumps, etc.). For several reasons, discussed in previous sections, such investments are slow to take off. Most notably households have difficulty both to obtain reliable information about the potential savings of particular investments and to obtain tailored financing packages.

We will in an innovative approach in the retail markets in Belgium and Switzerland soon set out to adress the bottleneck in energy efficiency. Our offer to homeowners will be to provide finance for these types of investments at attractive rates. In addition we will take charge of organising related works and paperwork.

But on top of all that we will make the investments truly risk-free for our customers. All risks of the investment not yielding what was expected will be born by us. If does not often get this good.
